The products on this site are what we already run. That list is not a limit. If you need something else for a pub, hotel, restaurant, or group, we can make it. The booking system, the till, the books — what you already use does not matter. We engineer the connector.
You can use the software yourself — some people prefer that. The better start, if you want it, is that we come to your pub or restaurant. We walk how you work, recommend what will make the house more efficient, then we work out the modules and connectors that do it — and we talk about what it costs.

How we charge
Every product is a module, billed monthly by UK direct debit. Start with one — Goods-in, heating, payroll, or another — then add the next when you need it. Plans are recurring, with room as we keep improving the suite. When the whole system is improved, your site updates with it. You are not stuck on an old install.
The software is cloud-based. We can get you set up. After that it is a monthly direct debit, and when we improve the whole system, your site updates with it.
Start with one module
Most operators begin with invoicing — prices, GP, and the till — or with the one job that is hurting this month.
Bolt on another
Heating, payroll, rooms, paperwork, scan filing, contractors — add them when you need them. Extra modules are cheaper the more of the suite you run.
Monthly direct debit
